When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1–6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to your email for your convenience.

What are the delivery timeframes?

Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 2-4 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on your location. Some items may be shipped separately to expedite delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • P.O. Boxes
  • U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

What are the shipping costs?

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

If expedited shipping is available at checkout and you choose this option, additional charges will apply. These fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You may use this to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  2. All original tags and protective packaging must be intact
  3. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and shipped within 7 days of return approval

Which items are final sale?

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Bodysuits
  2. Lingerie or intimate wear
  3. Jewelry
  4. Swimwear
  5. Clearance or wholesale bundles

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact our support team at support@keerios.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. If the item is damaged or defective, please attach a photo for our review.

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval, with the RA# included inside the package.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt for processing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Returns not meeting policy requirements may incur a 20% restocking fee or be declined.

What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us at support@keerios.com within 7 days. We will assist you promptly.
